God of War: Chains of Olympus (PSP)

Kratos, the God of War, makes his way onto the PlayStation Portable in Chains of Olympus.

Despite that Chains of Olympus is not God of War III, it still remains an entertaining, if short, entry into Sony's vaunted franchise.

Kratos may be able to battle the gods of Olympus, but even his strength and tenacity will not get God of War: Chains of Olympus into stores for the 2007 holiday rush. Sony has confirmed that the PSP exclusive has slipped into to a 2008 release. The delay will hurt what they hoped would be a very solid holiday for their handheld system.

God of War for the PS2 was a groundbreaking game series that Sony is hoping that it will translate well into a new PSP game. 1UP has their own impressions of the PSP version, along with quite a few exclusive shots that look great.
