BioShock is a first-person shooter that takes place in a unique underwater metropolis known as Rapture.
|
BioShock is one of those rare titles where considerable attention was placed on every facet of development, resulting in an extremely polished, fun, and engaging adventure.

Today, 2K Games has officially announced that potential PS3 BioShock owners will be treated with new features and content not previously seen on the Xbox 360 and PC. For a lucky few consumers, Bioshock's street date was broken a week early. Apparently, Toys R Us ran an ad stating that the game was out so people showed up to buy the game, resulting in copies sold. Because the street date was broken, all other retailers with stock can now sell the game without waiting for the actual release date.

As one of the most anticipated games of 2007, the Bioshock team needs to say little to make rabid fans start drooling. In a recent video, they did far more than that, as more about the game was explained in an interview with Irrational Games' leader, Ken Levine.
