Sega's anticipated tactical RPG, Valkyria Chronicles, will be released November 11, just in time for the holiday season. The game, which has been on the wish lists of many PS3 RPG fans, has impressed those lucky enough to get hands on it. Its unique combination of turn-based gameplay and over the shoulder action as well as its pencil shaded anime graphics makes it one of the console's most anticipated titles.

The release announcement was also topped with an interesting comment from associate producer Christopher Kaminski who commented on the possibility of a PSP version of the game. "Well, you know, the response we got from that accidental announcement was very interesting. I'll have to leave it at that for now," said Kaminski. A misplaced clip of Valkyria Chronicles at this year's E3 convention had led many to believe that the game would be seeing a release on Sony's handheld as well as on the PS3.
